This program will take your kids to a journey of improving their self-confidence, discipline, sense of belonging, build social skills, hierarchy and combat skills. We designed the program to help students build a strong foundation for basic jiu jitsu techniques and improve their overall understanding of jiu jitsu practice. The classes are divided by age and levels: Toddlers - All Levels (3-5yo) and Kids (6-9yo) - beginners and advanced.

YOUTH JIU-JITSU (ALL LEVELS)
This Program Is Designed To Build A Strong Foundation In Our Student’s Practice, And Improve His/Her Coordination, Movement, And Agility. Students Will Also Receive A Comprehensive Overview Of All Positions And Techniques. Students Will Also Be Given More Detailed Explanations Of Core Jiu Jitsu Concepts And Ideas And Self-Defense Techniques.

PRIVATE LESSONS KIDS
While Classes Are A Foundation To Your Child’s Apprehension Of Jiu-Jitsu, Private Lessons Can Compliment The Learning Process And Provide Children With Specialized Attention In Order To Break Down Certain Areas Of Need. It’s A Great Way For More Concentrated Instruction. Students Will Have The Opportunity For More In-Depth Exploration Of Techniques And
Positional Study In This More Exclusive Learning Environment.

ADULT JIU JITSU

The Fundamentals Program Is Designed To Focus On The Beginners Techniques That Every Jiu Jitsu Practitioner Should Know. With This Program, Students Will Be Able To Improve Their Overall Jiu Jitsu Knowledge, Improve Their Movement And Coordination, And Receive An Introduction To More Advanced Jiu Jitsu Techniques. CLASS
Muay Thai Is A Martial Art From Thailand, Where It Is The National Sport. Muay Thai Is Referred To As The “Art Of Eight Limbs” Or The “Science Of Eight Limbs” Because It Makes Use Of Punches, Kicks, Elbows And Knee Strikes, Thus Using Eight “Points Of Contact,” As Opposed To “Two Points” (Fists) In Western Boxing And “Four Points” (Hands And Feet) Used In Sport-Oriented Martial Arts.
The Classes Have A Friendly And Motivating Atmosphere To Help Develop You Both Physically And Mentally. Safety Is A Top Priority At The Crow Jiu Jitsu Academy And Proper Control Is Emphasized During Training. All Levels Class. This Class Is A Fun Basic Introduction Where Students Learn How To Kick, Punch And Use Their Knees And Elbows, In Addition To Learning How To Hold Pads And Work With Partners. Through Effective Strike Combinations, New Students Are Introduced To Our Formula Of Consistency, Pad Work, Combinations, Tempo, And Most Importantly Safety.

CORE FUNCTIONAL FIGHT
CoreFight Is A New Training Concept Created To Simulate A Real MMA Fight.
It's A 5-Round Core Fight Circuit. The 1st Is A Functional Warm-Up Adapted To Martial Art, The 2nd Is Boxing, The 3rd Is Muay Thai, The 4th Is MMA-Ground 'N Pound, And The 5th Is The Round Where You Are With A Training Partner, Generating Intensity In The Combinations And Aligning Striking Techniques, Pads, Sparring Under Instructors Supervision.
