KIDS & TODDLERS JIU-JITSU

03 to 09 Years Old

This program will take your kids to a journey of improving their self-confidence, discipline, sense of belonging, build social skills, hierarchy and combat skills. We designed the program to help students build a strong foundation for basic jiu jitsu techniques and improve their overall understanding of jiu jitsu practice. The classes are divided by age: Toddlers (3-5yo) and Kids (6-9yo).

YOUTH BJJ

10-15 Years Old

This program is designed to build a strong foundation in our student’s practice, and improve his/her coordination, movement, and agility. Students will also receive a comprehensive overview of all positions and techniques. Students will also be given more detailed explanations of core jiu jitsu concepts and ideas.

ADULT FUNDAMENTALS

The Fundamentals Program is designed to focus on the beginners techniques that every jiu jitsu practitioner should know. With this program, students will be able to improve their overall jiu jitsu knowledge, improve their movement and coordination, and receive an introduction to more advanced jiu jitsu techniques. Students are highly encouraged to ask questions in order to improve their individual understanding of the techniques and positions. All students – from white belt to black belt – are encouraged to participate in this program.

ADULT ADVANCED

The Advanced Program gives students the opportunity to take their game to the next level through an in-depth exploration of more advanced jiu jitsu techniques and instruction. Students will also receive an extensive education into modern jiu jitsu practice, as well as less common situations that may arise during a match. Participation in this class is restricted to white belts with 3 stripes and above.

PRIVATE CLASSES

That’s the fastest way to learn Jiu-Jitsu

Private lessons are available to all academy members, and are a great way for more concentrated instruction, tailored to your individual needs and experience level. Students will have the opportunity for more in-depth exploration of techniques and positional study in a more exclusive learning environment.

positional study in this more exclusive learning environment.

SMALL GROUP LESSONS

For a max group of 4 (four), small group lessons are an excellent add-on to regular classes. Will definitely help you to get better faster and improve your game and skills. Also BJJ private lessons are most ideal for the most serious students and those who face scheduling constraints that 

preclude them from attending regular class times.

1FIGHT I CORE MMA 

1Fight is a new training concept created to simulate a real MMA Fight.

 

The idea draws a parallel with a belt dispute, showing that the fight is not just that specific moment, but every day through training. In our case, winning the "belt" is the achievement of a healthier lifestyle through Fighting Sport. This is how we launched the 1FIGHT methodology.

 

It's a 5-round Core Fight circuit. The 1st is a functional warm-up adapted to martial art, the 2nd is Boxing, the 3rd is Muay Thai, the 4th is MMA, and the 5th is the round where you are directly with the instructor in charge, generating intensity in the combinations and aligning striking techniques, Pads, Sparring.

WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE / JIU JITSU 

Crow Jiu Jitsu has developed a unique set of classes to help introduce women to the art of Jiu-Jitsu. Join our community to learn the most effective self-defense techniques and improve your fitness routine in a safe, challenging environment.
Our women’s martial arts program is designed to teach women how to defend against any attacker – even those who are significantly larger in size and also Jiu Jitsu as a Combat Sport. We will help you run drills to simulate realistic attack and escape situations you might encounter in the real world. With practice, you can leverage an attacker’s weight against them, allowing you to escape and get to safety unharmed. The self-defense techniques taught in this class use Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals that complement our selection of additional adult classes.
In addition to effective self-defense techniques, our women’s program is a great solution for anyone who wants to take their fitness routine to the next level. Crow Jiu-Jitsu techniques and versatile class schedules are a great way to keep your fitness routine from plateauing. Enjoy aerobic exercise and strength training that will help you achieve your fitness goals faster and more efficiently than classes offered in regular gyms.
